Metadata extraction understands VAT IDs from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and amounts in euro. Paperplane also offers simple electronic signatures.

Personal plans are shown with VAT included; business plans are shown net, with VAT or the reverse-charge mechanism applied where required. See the pricing page for every plan.
Control over access
Workspaces have Member and Admin roles. On top of them:
- Access groups. Limit a folder or a single file to chosen people and groups.
- Audit log (paid plans). Views, downloads, shares, signatures and access changes are recorded.
- Encrypted credentials. Mailbox and drive credentials are stored encrypted, with key rotation.
- 30 days to undo. Trash keeps items for 30 days; deleted workspaces can be recovered.
