  • Quick search in a keystroke

Press Shift twice and search file names and document text, including scanned pages recognized with OCR.

  • Answers with sources

Answers come only from your own documents, and every claim links to its document and page.

  • German and English

Text recognition and retrieval are tuned for German and English paperwork.

Good to know

  • Not for counts or totals across the whole archive: answers use only the passages that match.
  • Answers help you find and understand; they are not professional advice or an audit.
  • New documents become searchable shortly after upload, not instantly.
  • AI questions are a monthly allowance per person; quick search has no limit.

Two ways to find a document

Use quick search when you remember something written in the document. Use AI search when you know the question but not where the answer is. Dates, invoice numbers, VAT IDs and amounts are extracted on arrival, each with a confidence score. With a keyboard, press Shift twice to try quick search on this site.

How AI search works

  1. Exact words, invoice numbers and names are matched.
  2. Passages that say the same thing in other words are found as well.
  3. Both lists are combined, so strong matches from either rise to the top.
  4. Only matching passages reach the model. An answer may only cite passages it was given; anything else is rejected. If nothing matches, it says so.
